The Decision Before the Script

Why better enrollment begins with clarity about the decision a conversation must help someone make.

A script can organize a conversation. It cannot decide what the conversation is for. That distinction is where many enrollment systems quietly break.

Start with the decision

Before choosing words, define the decision the prospective client is trying to make. Usually it is not simply whether to hire. It is whether the problem deserves action, whether this firm understands it, and whether moving now feels safer than waiting.

Once that decision is clear, the conversation becomes less theatrical. Questions become useful. Listening becomes diagnostic. Follow-up becomes a continuation of understanding rather than a chase.
